We begin with a meditation while lying down on a zero gravity chair to fully surround yourself with the vibrations of 7 Chakra Crystal Bowl Sound Healing.
Chakra Balancing includes a small meditation, tuning forks, energy work, discussion and healing card message and guidance (optional)
Massage Therapy
Through the manipulations of the body's soft tissue and muscles, massage relieves muscle aches and pains. I incorporate a combination of Swedish American and deep tissue.
