We begin by setting intention for the energy that is stagnant in your body, mind and spirit to be released. Anything that is no longer serving for your next chapter in your life.
we will do a small meditation to set intention for the flow of the healing. We will move into the sound portion, as you rest and process the sound, mean while listening to relaxation music. I will then go around to do the hands on energy portion. Only for 7 people and everyone will receive 8-10 min of hands on Reiki Energy.
